USMTS Southern Series kicks off 2010 Season Feb. 18-20 at Houston Raceway Park
 
HOUSTON, Texas -- The stars and cars of the USMTS Southern Series are gearing up to take care of some unfinished business when they return to the Houston Raceway Park on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 18-20, for the 3rd Annual Texas Winter Nationals.

Due to snow and bitter cold in the Houston area during the first weekend in December, the remaining two nights of the event were canceled after the completion of Thursday night's action. The event was postponed to become the kick-off event for the 2010 season and a true winter-time tilt.

ARCA Racing Series Tests at Palm Beach Int'l Raceway Roadcourse
Fresh from the Daytona Int'l Speedway, the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards moved farther south to Palm Beach Int'l Raceway in Jupiter, Florida Monday, where 18 drivers took part in an open test in preparation for the next event on tour - the Kingdom Tire 150 presented by ModSpace February 27th.

Ford Racing Mustang Challenge Hits the High Banks at Homestead Miami Speedway
Next month’s double-header Ford Racing Mustang Challenge season-opening Grand Prix of Miami race weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway will feature a new twist--or more accurately, a new corner--as Series officials have announced that the field will take to the high banks and utilize the configuration on the 2.3-mile oval-based circuit that features the variable banking on the “NASCAR 3 and 4” corners.
