COLEMAN, Mich. -- After more than his fair share of bad luck the past few weeks Curtis Roberts was able to turn things around as he piloted his #9r Sean Nagy Racing/Roberts Auto Enterprise/Mastersbilt/Cornett Super Late Model to his third win of the season on Saturday night.

After seeing their racing program nixed by rain on Friday evening, Tri City Motor Speedway (Auburn, Michigan) rescheduled their Weekly Racing Series Event for Saturday night. It would prove to be a great night for the team as Roberts claimed the feature win, which marked his third triumph of the 2012 season. He was followed across the finish line by Kyle Borgman and Kris Patterson Jr. Full results are available at www.TriCityRaceTrack.com .

"This win is dedicated to my family, fans, and sponsors, who have stood me behind me over the past month. From hauler issues to mechanical failures to questionable calls it's been a tough time for us as of late. Hopefully with this win we can move forward and get things back on the right track," commented Roberts.

The team now turns their focus to a pair of $2,000-to-win, Sunoco American Late Model Series (ALMS) events this coming weekend, August 3rd-4th. The action opens on Friday night at Mt. Pleasant Speedway (Mt. Pleasant, Michigan) with a program that will also be sanctioned by the Michigan Dirt Cup. On Saturday the team will travel to Oakshade Raceway (Wauseon, Ohio).
