STURGEON BAY, Wis. -- Whipple Trucking kicks off night #5 at Prestige Yacht Coatings Thunderhill Raceway. Race fans will be able to get the autograph of the their favorite drivers this Saturday July 7. The autograph session will take place at intermission in front of the grandstands.

Driver pictures and checkered flags will be available for purchase at the Dan Lewis photo & souvenir trailer. Drivers be ready with your Sharpies!

Algoma’s James Lee Tebon continued his hot streak in the Kelsey Racing IMCA Modifieds picking his 3rd feature win of the season in only 4 nights of racing. Tebon stands tall atop of the standings holding an 8 point lead over Eric “Chummy” Arneson of Oconto Falls.

Jeremy “Weeds” Wiitala of Green Bay took sole possession of the #1 spot in the Algoma Motors IMCA Stock Cars. In a very tight points battle Weeds holds a 1 point edge over Troy Muench of Brussels. Algoma’s Shawn Havel and Dave “the Bulldozer” Bouche also of Algoma are tied for 3rd just 4 points back of Weeds.

“JVL” Jarred VanLaanen of Green Bay leads the standing in the Butch’s Auto IMCA Sport Mods. This is the first time JVL has led the standings in this division. JVL comes into this Saturday holding a 2 point edge over Sturgeon Bay’s Randy LeMieux Jr., better known as “The Kid”. Bernie Reinhardt of Sturgeon Bay sits 3rd in the standings 8 markers behind JVL.

The Denmark Gang’s, Tom “Tuffy” Brumlic holds the lead in the LaVine’s Ice IMCA Hobby Stocks. Brumlic holds a 12 point lead over Sturgeon Bay’s CJ Weckler. Both drivers are looking for their first ever track championship.

Dennis Weidner of East Maplewood has been a model of constituency holding the lead in the Lackie Rentals Street Stocks for the first 4 nights. Sturgeon Bay’s Marvin Denny has kept the battle for the top spot close sitting just 6 points back of Weidner.

Joey Scoon of Sturgeon Bay holds commanding 34 point lead in Feisty Fours.
