SPOKANE, Wash -- After losing the battle with mother nature the last two scheduled race nights, the Inland Northwest Super Stock Association (INSSA) prepares to return to the new look Stateline Speedway in Post Falls, Idaho this Saturday night. This, the third race of the 2006 season will be on the new pavement, and it has many drivers looking forward to the event.

One of the hottest names recently in North West Late Model action, Christian Roeder of Ephrata, WA, is set to return to the INSSA series this weekend. Roeder, driving the Brandt Law Firm, Moses Lake Collision, Trav's Restaurant & Lounge, Mac's Towing, and Dan's Hawg Farm Chevrolet is excited about his third trip to the track this year. "I am looking forward to racing again at Stateline Speedway. We finished second and fourth earlier this year and I really enjoy racing with the INSSA club. They are a very competitive, professional group with quality race cars and very friendly race fans. We will be using the next few INSSA races to help us tune-up for the "Idaho 200" weekend in early August."

Roeder echoes the sentiments of many potential Idaho 200 contestants, the next few INSSA races will provide an excellent tune up to the famed early August event. Tune in to the Speed Sport Report, heard every Saturday morning on 790 AM the FAN, for a live interview with the driver of the #84, Christian Roeder.

Series point leader, Dan Garber and the rest of the INSSA series will take to the one-quarter mile oval under the lights this Saturday night. Qualifying will begin at 6 pm with racing at 7:30.
