Making a return to the seat in early December at the Performance Racing Industry Red Bull Kart Fight, Arizona resident and multi-time champion Alan Rudolph is set to contest the 2012 Florida Winter Tour. Competing with the PSL Atlantic squad, the General Manager & Lead Instructor of the Bondurant SuperKart School will see action in the Rotax DD2 Masters class in the hopes to claim the championship and travel to the prestigious Rotax Grand Finals in 2012.

"After getting back behind the wheel a few weeks ago, I really want to be part of Team USA and challenge for a world championship," expressed Rudolph. "Racing is such a big part of who I am, and after being away from it for a couple years I can't wait to hit the track. The United States has yet to claim a world championship in Rotax competition, I could have a good chance to run at the front of truly international field if I can garner an invitation."

"I'm very excited to have Alan racing with my PSL Atlantic squad for the Florida Winter Tour," explained PSL Atlantic's Mike Dobblestyn. "The minute I thought he may race, I tried to put together a program to get him on board. Within a week, we did a deal that we were both happy with and I can't wait to watch him race in one of our CRG machines. He will be an asset to have under the team tent."

Racing with support from the Bondurant SuperKart School, Rudolph looks to help promote the business as much as claiming the title. With the Bondurant program heavily involved in a Rotax Max Challenge series as well as having their own karting school, Rudolph can't wait to get started.

"I have been at the Florida Winter Tour the past couple years as a coach as well as a tuner, and the competition level is second to none. There are a lot of different countries represented in this international series and I look forward to putting my name in the hat. The ultimate goal is to claim the DD2 Masters championship for myself and PSL Atlantic and then try and represent Team USA with a win in Portugal later next year."

Rudolph will join a host of other drivers competing for the PSL Atlantic team as Fritz Leesmann and Nick Rivellini will do battle in Rotax Senior. Also competing in select events will be Nathan Kelly. Joining forces with Team WRS, Whisler Racing Services and AJ Whisler, both Rudolph and the entire PSL Atlantic are ready to hit the ground running in January.
