REW, Pa. -- Next FRi racing starts at the regular time of 7:30 and the ladies will get a chance to race in a mini stock. In previous years the ladies have had to wait untill the last race of the year. This year we decideded to let them have some fun early on. The mechanics and others will get an early treat also in the next few weeks. Any of the women wanting to race next week will have to sign in the pits at the beginning of the night and have made there own arrangements with the car owners who's car they will be driving, and sign up with the pit Stewart at the BEGINNING of the night. SATURDAYS events will start at 6pm. With MCR being on an off week,with a limited schedule, we decided to give the racers and fans a place to go locally on there off weeks. Watch the schedule for other saturday specials. The following week may 17 will be the Mel Ishman memorial for the street stocks.(Double points) We will not be racing on may16 so as not to be in a conflict with MCR's late model special. All races next Sat. will be draw to start, so any new drivers will not be penalized . Also this year a registration fee is not mandatory. A $10 license fee is, which is good for the whole season. Only catch is if your not a registered driver you will not be eligible for point moneys and awards at the end of the season. Yes they still get paid for the races they race. With only one week of racing in and that was a 10 point for all night , no one is out of a points chase yet. Also on tap will be A wild one enduro. Racing starts at 6pm on Sat.
