LEBANON, Ore. -- After a thrilling weekend at the Willamette Speedway last Saturday the Lebanon venue will get back into action on Saturday June 9th for the fifth race of the season. The DirtCar Super Late Models, USRA Modifieds, Sportsman, Classic Sportsman, and Mini Trucks.

In the DirtCar Super Late Models there have been four winners in four features. Russ Sell captured the Clair Cup while his son-in-law earned the Strawberry Cup victory. Rob Mayea and Casey Vitale are also credited with wins in 2012.

The USRA Modifieds also have four different winners this season. Dustin Dittman captured the Strawberry Cup win joining Craig Cassell, Jesse Williamson, and Mark Wauge as 2012 victors at the Willamette Speedway.

In Sportsman action this season Danny Altom has two wins this year leading the column while both Brian Winkler and Todd Miller have victories with Miller the most recent winner. Kyle Yeack has won the last two features in the Classic Sportsman to lead the division in wins while Adam Walker and J.J. Irvine have one victory apiece.

The Willamette Speedway has operated since the 1960’s and has been regarded as the “Late Model Capital of the Northwest” for many years and is anxious to host fans with the vast upgrades and improvements done over the 2011-12 winter. The venue will host the World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series and the American Sprint Car Series-National Tour along with weekly action comprising of DirtCar Late Models, USRA Modifieds, Sportsman, Classics, and Mini Trucks.
