KELLYVILLE, Okla. -- Michael Stucks was celebrating on Saturday night at Creek County Speedway, but it was not just because he won another mini stock 'A' feature. Stucks turned 18 on Saturday, cut a cake in front of the grandstand at intermission, then capped off the night with his sixth straight victory.

Meanwhile three new winners emerged in Ricky York, Dann Gray and Andy Morris. York outran Danny Smith in the sprint car feature, Gray became the seventh different driver to win in pure stocks and Morris won in modifieds in only his second visit of the season. Matt French topped a 22-car super stock field to win for the second straight week while Joshua Alan won his second front wheel drive main in five weeks.

Stucks had a little help from Austin McSperitt on the way to his seventh victory of the season. McSperitt took the lead away from Jeff Maggard on lap five and was setting a fast pace over Justin Cartwright, Maggard and Stucks who worked into fourth on lap 13. Cartwright challenged McSperitt on lap 15 and Stucks was battling Maggard for third when the yellow waved on lap 17. On the restart Stucks wheeled into second and went after McSperitt. A lap later McSperitt slowed in turn four and Stucks roared by as the yellow waved. McSperitt could not restart and Stucks restarted in the lead. Cartwright followed Stucks for the final two laps to finish second and Donnie Gramblin was third.

York moved out early in the sprint 20-lapper leading all but one lap. York passed Brian Roberts on lap two and was never challenged. Smith passed Roberts for second on lap 14 but settled for second. Points leader Brent Bates moved into third on lap 16 leaving Roberts with a fourth place finish.

Chad Davis appeared in control of the modified feature driving the Joel Hill number 30, but a flat tire with four laps remaining handed the lead to Andy Morris who won his first Creek County feature. Davis led from the opening lap and drove away from the field as Bobby Gilbert battled with Leroy Cook, Jr. Morris challenged Gilbert for second on lap eight and took over second on lap 12. Cook ended up with second over newcomer Delany Erickson who finished third. The modified feature ended just before the rains hit. Fortunately all feature events were run before the weather moved in.

Gray led all 15 laps to win the pure stock feature. Michael Tyre II shot into second after a lap six restart but could not get around Gray. Clent Southerland was third.

French won his fifth super stock feature but had to turn back a last lap bid from Mike Henderson for the win. French led from lap two with Henderson giving chase after five laps. Henderson could not challenge until turn one of the final lap when he pulled inside of French. But French pulled back in front for the win.

Alan won in FWD bombers after taking away the lead on lap two. Rick McKinney raced into second on lap five and chased Alan to the checkered.
