Tuesday, July 31, 2012 Eldora Speedway and Feed The Children to Provide Help and Hope to Ohio Families

ROSSBURG, Ohio -- Feed The Children will deliver a truckload of food and essentials to help 400 families in Greenville and Celina on Wednesday, August 1. · Celina, OH – Truck arrives at 10 a.m. at 420 N. Brandon Ave. Food and essentials will be distributed by Community Action Life Line Food Pantry at a later date. · Greenville, OH – Truck arrives at noon at 400 Markwith Ave. Food and essentials will be distributed by Fish Choice Pantry at a later date. This distribution is sponsored by Eldora Speedway through funds raised at A Night with the Kennys, a fundraiser hosted by Kenny Wallace and Kenny Schrader at the 2012 Prelude to the Dream Race. Community Action Life Line Food Pantry and Fish Choice Pantry will identify families receiving the boxes. Each family will receive a 25-pound box of food and a 10-pound box of personal care items. The boxes are designed to help a family of four for up to one week. Nearly one in four children living in Ohio (23.3 percent) is considered impoverished.
