The win was the 16th in 21 starts for Dunlevy who will retire after this season. Stansell was third, with Russ Bobb fourth and Bill Burba fifth. Dunlevy also was the dash winner. Terry Scherz was fast qualifier.
The 30 lap modifed feature saw Mike Carroll jump out front at the drop of the green flag. Carroll set the early pace, only to lose the lead to Beavercreek's Jack Jones. Jones set sail for the checker leaving Carroll and Ryan Fleming to battle . Bill Burba set quick time and was running second when the checker flew. Carroll and Fleming were trading paint and bumps for third spot before finishing in that order. Derek Barnetee finished fifth. Barnette posted the heat win, with Burba winning the dash.
The street stock main tuned out to a two car race, as second generation drivers Tyley Mahaffey and fast qualifier David Stump battled for the win. When the dust had settled it was Mahaffey posing for pictures in his Hanger 18 Race Cars/Main Auto Parts Monte Carlo.
