MILLERSPORT, Ohio -- The Phoenix Management Group, who sanction the ARCA Truck Series, have announced the following penalties after the September 18th, 2011 CGS Imaging 30 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio.

Paul Hahn has been penalized 200 driver points from his 2011 season point total, as well as a $600.00 fine for unapproved fuel that was found in his truck at Mid-Ohio. Truck owner Rick Hahn has also been penalized 200 owner points and 200 crew chief points.

Teams were informed at the driver’s meeting before the September 11th, 2011 Toledo event that officials would be checking fuel in future races.
The Hahn team has filed a formal appeal which is expected to be heard in front of the appeal board sometime early in the next week before the season finale at Sandusky Speedway October 2nd, 2011.

Also driver Frank Wilson, Jr. and his crew chief Ken Clevenger have been placed on probation for their actions during the half way fuel break at Mid-Ohio.
