MENOMONIE, Wis. -- Jimmy Mars will open up his 2007 racing season behind the wheel of a new MasterSbilt from Mars machine at the Central Arizona Raceway in Casa Grande, Arizona this coming weekend! Jimmy will be piloting a car, built by him and his brother Chris Mars, but owned by Jess Anderson out of Gillette, Wyoming. The Menomonie, Wisconsin native will help to shake down the new car for Jess in the $3,000 to win show on Saturday, January 20 and the $7,500 to win 'Wild West Shootout' finale on Sunday, January 21. More information on these shows can be found online at www.centralazraceway.com.

“Jess (Anderson) just got a new car from us before he left for Arizona and I am going to go out there and help him break it in,” commented Mars via telephone earlier today. “He has made the first two shows out there in his other car, so we will see how that new car compares to it. I am excited to get out there and get on the track again. Hopefully, we can have a couple of good nights in Jess’ car before we head to Florida with our own equipment.”

The Mars Racing team will unload their own Deppe Enterprises / Heeg Well Drilling / T.L. Sinz Plumbing #28 MasterSbilt / Pro Power Monte Carlo for the first time in 2007 at the East Bay Raceway Park in Gibsonton, Florida from February 5-10. After the annual 'Winternationals,' the team will then travel to the Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Florida for six more nights of racing action on February 12-17. You can view Jimmy's early season racing schedule on the TOUR page of his website, which is located at www.jimmymarsracing.com.
