What started out as a dismal week of dreary weather and 2 rainouts in a row, finished in exciting fashion at the Valley of Speed as J.R. Heffner not only captured the coveted 100 lap, $17,500 Mr. DIRT Track U.S.A. title, but then came back and won the final night of points for the big block Modifieds, adding another $3,000 to his total in just 3 short days.
