Andrew Harpell (Promoter of Five Mile Point Speedway and the Race of Champions) and Brock Moore (Event Coordinator for Dunn Hill 2 Speedway) had a meeting at the Southern Tier Speedworld held at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City, NY on February 27th and February 28th and are both pleased to announce that they have come to an agreement to share qualifying races for blockbuster events during the 2010 racing season.
