Friday, June 1, 2012 'Saturday is Scout Night at New Egypt Speedway

NEW EGYPT, N.J. -- This coming Saturday, June 2, is New Egypt Speedway's annual 'Scout Night'. Each and every year NES welcomes scouts of all kind to attend a night at the speedway with their fellow scouts, packs, and dens. Whether Cub, Boy, Girl, or Eagle, all scouts 17 and under in uniform will receive free admission to the races on Saturday night. The Scouts will take center stage as they lead the way with 'The Pledge of Allegiance' before the singing of the National Anthem.
After celebrating a glorious Memorial Day Weekend, New Egypt Speedway has decided to honor our country's heroes by lowering the weekly admission price for our 'active' military stationed at the nearby local bases in Fort Dix, McGuire, and Lakehurst. All active military personnel will now receive 'half-off' regular admission.
The Big Block Modifieds headline the racing program, as title contenders Ryan Godown, Billy Pauch, and New Egypt's own Ron John Koczon lead a star-studded field in their 30-lap main event. The 'Winged Warriors' of the TSRS 305 Sprint Car Series will be back in town this week along with the Fastrak Crate-1 Sportsman and Late Model divisions. Also in action will the HCI/Spike N Go Rookies, as they have only a handful of races remaining on their schedule before they graduate to their respective divisions. Rounding out the program will be Round#2 of the NEETS Small Car Enduro Series.
New Egypt Speedway, located just 7 miles from Six Flags Great Adventure in Ocean County, NJ provides an affordable, Family-Oriented atmosphere for fans of all ages to enjoy each and every Saturday night.
