It has come to the attention of the American Sprint Car Series that races scheduled at Tucson International Raceway on July 14, 2012, July 28, 2012, and October 20, 2012 are shown on www.tucsoninternationalraceway.com to be dates affiliated with the American Sprint Car Series.

The American Sprint Car Series and its affiliate regions are not involved in any races scheduled at Tucson International Raceway in Tucson, Arizona. Any driver competing at said events will not be under the sanctioning of the American Sprint Car Series and will not receive any points or contingencies with the American Sprint Car Series or its regions.

Furthermore, any resulting injuries during said events will not be covered by any American Sprint Car Series memberships. The American Sprint Car Series, its affiliates, and sponsors will not be held liable for any accidents which may occur.
