MARYSVILLE, Wash. -- The 2009 Awards & Appreciation Banquet for the iRacing.com American Speed Association Northwest Late Model Tour is set for Friday, November 20, at the Lynnwood, Washington, Embassy Suites Hotel. The plush hotel and banquet facility is located at 20610 44th Ave West. Festivities get started at 6:30pm for social hour followed at 7:30pm for dinner and awards presentations begin at 8:00pm.

The night will honor those that took part in the inaugural season of the newly formed ASA NWLMT. Seventy-two teams participated during the successful 2009 season. The traveling super late model stock car racing series competed at 8 different tracks during the long 2009 season. The eleven race series got ten races in with only one rained out event which was the opening race at Evergreen Speedway in March.

Gary Lewis (Snohomish, WA) will be crowned as the champion at the awards ceremony.

The event is open to the public. The annual Western Auto Racing Promoters Association workshop is being held at the same facility and all promoters are invited.
