DAVENPORT, Ia. -- What was already a busy month of July at the Davenport Speedway, has gotten even busier.

This Friday, July 6th is JC Dubil night at the racetrack and will have two added features from last Friday’s rain-shortened program. The Koehler Electric Street Stock and EMS IMCA Modified make-up features will be run with this week’s full racing program.

Friday, July 13th, the Davenport Speedway will host the Street Stock 50. The main event of the evening will pay $2,000 to win. Also racing will be IMCA Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, and 4 Stocks, all competing for weekly racing points.

The Street Stock feature will be 50-laps, with 20 cars making the main. The Street Stocks will use a draw/re-draw format. There will be a $50 entry fee for the Street Stocks, for this event.

Also racing at Davenport, on July 13th, will be IMCA Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, and 4 Stocks, all competing for weekly racing points.

Friday, July 20th will have the other two added features from last Friday’s rain-shortened program. The Petersen Plumbing and Heating IMCA Late Model and Roto-Rooter 4-Stock make-up features will be run with the full racing program. Midwest Jalopies will make their final appearance of the 2012 season on that evening as well.
