TOPEKA, Kan. -- Round Three of the SCCA Pro Racing Playboy Mazda MX-5 Cup from New Jersey Motorsports Park has begun its run on syndicated cable networks. The program originally aired live, on HDNet, June 13.

Round Three of the MX-5 Cup, the first part of a doubleheader at New Jersey Motorsports Park, features Round Two winner Todd Lamb starting from the pole in his No. 84 AMG Racing/Traqmate/Luna-C Racing MX-5. Beside him on the grid is the No. 6 AMG/SurroundSounds.com MX-5 of Brett Smrz, while Round One winner Marc Miller starts his No. 28 Team MER/MOCA/RaceforAutism MX-5 third. Miller keeps his nose glued to Lamb’s bumper on the start, enabling him to sneak into second as Smrz goes wide. Working the draft, Lamb and Miller are able to open a solid gap on the rest of the field, but Miller gets restless near the halfway point, taking looks at Lamb into Turn One. Don’t miss a second, as the pair run nose-to-tail to the end, with Miller ready and able to pounce on the tiniest error made by Lamb.

Round Three is already airing on syndicated sports channels in New England, upstate New York, California, Michigan, The Caribbean, and Central Florida, as well we America One Network and MASN. The program will continue to re-air throughout the month of July. For a complete schedule, visit www.mx-5cup.com, select any event and click the link in the “Television Info” box.
