WINCHESTER, Ind. -- Officials from Winchester Speedway and track managers Champion Racing Association (CRA) have finalized the full schedule, featuring times, ticket prices, season ticket info and Fan Appreciation Discounts.
The highlight of the final schedule is the announcement of lower adult ticket prices in 2005. The Speedway has also scheduled special Fan Appreciation Discount Days. Each of the counties around the Speedway are featured on a specific event, giving the fans from those counties a “buy one – get one half-off” adult ticket promotion for their respective event. Additionally, Winchester Speedway fans from the state of Ohio are given their own “Ohio Fan Appreciation Day.”
Fans can also purchase season ticket package for only $100. Included in the packages are one ticket for each event in the premium seating area, a $20 certificate for Winchester Speedway apparel, and an invitation to the Speedway Suite on the Special V.I.P. Day (date to be announced).
The legendary Winchester Speedway re-opens in 2005 after being closed for the 2004 season. Champion Racing Association (CRA) officials R. J. Scott and Glenn Luckett will promote the racing events during the year for Speedway owner Charlie Shaw. The grand re-opening event will be Sunday April 24th, featuring USAC Sprint Cars in the Rich Vogler Classic, CRA Super Series Late Models in the Winchester 100, and the CRA Street Stocks.
