HALIFAX, Nova Scotia -- Greg Proude of Springvale, PE in his Loyalist Marble & Tile Dodge Charger won the Parts for Trucks/Lucas Oil 200 at Oyster Bed Speedway, located near Charlottetown, PEI on Saturday evening. Proude held off Craig Slaunwhite of Terence Bay, NS and Wayne Smith of Timberlea, NS who finished second and third respectively. Roger Crane from Montague, PE and Darren MacKinnon of Sleepy Hollow, PE rounded out the top five.

Wayne Smith, won the Coast Tire Most Laps Led Award. Over 2000 fans saw a caution filled race that took almost four hours to complete, which included a mandatory 30 minute break.

John Flemming of Halifax, NS, Mike Stevens of Riverview, NB, and Darren MacKinnon each won a LiteCo heat race from which all 27 starting positions were determined.

Greg Proude won the Dartmouth Dodge Dash for Cash, featuring the top ten finishers in the Atlantic Tiltload Time Trials which put him on the pole for the start of the 100 lap Main Feature. Kent Vincent had the fastest time, with a time of 13.484 seconds (66.746 mph).
