The lavish WORLD Dirt Racing League Champions Banquet presented by Iowa-Illinois Taylor Insulation is set for Saturday, Nov. 14, here at Meskwaki Casino and Hotel. It will be a star-studded night as top drivers from the 2009 season will be honored.
