EAST MOLINE, Ill. -- There was no racing this past Sunday at the Quad City Speedway due to a scheduled off night but this coming Sunday, September 16th, will be the 19th Annual Gary Reinhart Memorial. This special event will feature the Orion Tire Repair IMCA Modifieds racing for a minimum $800 to win and $100 to start the main event. Also racing will be the Sexton Ford IMCA Late Models, Extreme Auto Glass Street Stocks, Aaron’s Affordable 4-Cylinders, Mod Lites, and it will be the Season Championship for Verplaetse Excavating UMP Modifieds. There will also be a make-up feature for the Verplaetse Excavating UMP Modifieds from a rain out several weeks ago.

Form champions of the Gary Reinhart Memorial include 5-time winner John Bull, 2-time winners Randy Wages, Jim Sandusky, Bruce Hanford, 1-time winners Rick Cox, Mitch Way, Thad Wilson, Erik Bruce, Gary Cook Jr., and Doug Crampton.

The grandstands and pits will open at 3:30pm with hot laps at 5:00pm and racing at 5:30pm.
