Charlotte Motor Speedway Gives Fans the Chance to Race Brad Keselowski on World’s Largest HDTV

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- No stranger to racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway, but still searching for his first Sprint Cup Series win at the 1.5-mile superspeedway, NASCAR’s Brad Keselowski will trade in his steering wheel for a remote control when he and a select group of fans square off to race the Bank of America 500 on the world’s largest HDTV, Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Driver of the No. 2 Miller Light Dodge for Penske Racing, Keselowski has partnered with Charlotte Motor Speedway to bring eight lucky fans to the legendary motorsports facility for the chance to play NASCAR The Game: Inside Line head-to-head with the Sprint Cup Series star.

“This contest is going to be a lot of fun,” said Keselowski, a two-time NASCAR Nationwide Series winner at Charlotte. “It’s all about the fans, but, just like on the track, I’m going to fight hard to get to Victory Lane. I’m looking forward to taking the checkered flag on the big screen and then coming back 11 days later for a win at the Bank of America 500.”

Keselowski, who became a social media sensation after tweeting a picture from inside his car during NASCAR’s season opener earlier this year, will take to Twitter once again to select one of the eight finalists. Similarly, two finalists will be chosen through a Charlotte Motor Speedway social media contest. The remaining entries will be awarded through contests hosted by the Performance Racing Network and other regional media partners.

Each finalist will take part in a meet-and-greet with Keselowski at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Oct. 2 before facing off in a tournament against one another. Finalists will also receive two tickets to the Bank of America 500 on Oct. 13.

“Who wouldn’t enjoy playing video games on the world’s largest TV?” Keselowski said. “I’ve seen tracks go to great lengths to improve the fan experience, but it’s hard for anyone to match what Charlotte’s done with that giant TV.”

The grand prize winner, who outlasts the other seven finalists, will play Keselowski in a head-to-head competition on the world’s largest HDTV, as well as win two VIP packages to the Bank of America 500 on Oct. 13 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The package includes tickets to the race, a meet-and-greet with Keselowski during prerace and being named an Honorary Crew Member of the Blue Deuce on race day.

For a chance to win the ultimate VIP race experience at the Bank of America 500, the only Saturday night race in the Chase for the Sprint Cup Championship, follow @keselowski and @cltmotorspdwy on Twitter. Don’t miss a minute of the action with the Bank of America 500 Weekend Pass. The package includes a reserved frontstretch seat to the Bank of America 500, the Dollar General 300 and Bojangles' Pole Night & UNOH Southern Slam 150, all for as little as $99. Add a choice of a scanner rental, NASCAR Hall of Fame Ticket or Race Shop Tour upgrade for just $25!
