TULSA, Okla. -- Sixteen-year-old Dustin Morgan led all 25 laps to win the USAC Oklahoma Ford Focus Midget series presented by United Ford season opener Saturday at Tulsa Speedway.

The yellow came out and Bacon limped to the pits with a left rear flat. Morgan moved to the pole for the restart and jumped into a quick lead racing unchallenged around the 3/8 mile oval for his first USAC victory.
Jasiel Randolph ran second until lap 24 when a hard charging Matt Sherrill slipped past for second. Randolph settled for third and Evan Sewell finished fourth after a mid race battle with Sherrill. Sewell held off the challenges of Sherrill through 13 laps but Sherrill seemed to run faster as the race wore on. Matt Johnson rounded out the top five.
